Lord of heaven and earth, we join with all Christians to continue to celebrate your birth. Keep your church together as one family through your love. Again, we give thanks for your birth, life, death and resurrection. We share this fellowship and worship daily. Help us to share the ‘Good News’ with one another – and friends and strangers - in memory of you, our Saviour and Lord. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we thank you for giving us our church family! Help us to live and work with them. We pray that you watch over us and keep us safe, Lord.

Lord Jesus, we pray especially for our Minister, David, and all the Elders – at this time we ask that more members will come forward to serve as Elders. Guide the Elders’ Meeting in decisions made.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for sending your only son for me. May I always be truly thankful for all the sacrifices that You have made for me. I pray that I will never forget the true reason for this season. As this is the first Sunday after Christmas, let my focus not be about the temporal gifts but the eternal gift given by you, Lord. Christ, help me to tell others of your wonderful deeds that they may also know you, Amen.

New Year’s Day

Lord, You make all things new. You bring hope alive in our hearts and cause our Spirits to be born again. Alleluia!

Thank you for this new year and for all the potential it holds. Alleluia!

Come and kindle in us a mighty flame so that in our time, many will see the wonders of God and live forever to praise your glorious name. Alleluia! Immanuel! God with us! Amen!

Twelfth Night 5 Jan

Merciful God, forgive us & renew us. Remind us of your ways and words; plant them in our hearts - so we will cherish them.
Merciful God, forgive us & renew us. We forget that you have led us & still you keep calling us. Remind us of your truth - keep us in your way.

Christ Jesus came and dwelt among us, walking a way of grace and truth. To those who were lost he reached out in love. He stopped and waited with those who had fallen. Remind us of that grace that we might know we are forgiven & we might still walk your way. Amen.
