Owiny was grateful to those who had helped to keep services running smoothly when he was unable to be present; he felt that music and worship at West Street were booming. John Holton said that Christmas services had been excellent, especially the Nine Lessons & Carols and the Children’s service. Suggestions for the future would be warmly welcomed.
Finally, James said that due to lack of time there were several items we would have to defer: the Vision Statement review, the Local Ministry and Mission Review by the Synod, and also whether we should hold future meetings in another room because an outside group occupies the sanctuary immediately after our own meeting. We finished at 12.55. Our next meeting is on March 18th.
